3º Premio – Concurso de Anteproyectos Arquitectónicos – Nuevo Recinto Ferial de Palma

A few days ago, our team in Madrid won the 3rd Prize in the competition for the new Palma Exhibition Center. The project proposes a unified and rigorous architecture, organized under a large bioclimatic laminated wood roof, designed as a vegetated surface in continuity with the agricultural landscape of Son Llàtzer. This strategy provides a strong architectural identity while ensuring exemplary environmental integration.
The modular comb-like layout ensures high programmatic flexibility, while the site plan optimizes land reserves to allow for the sustainable future growth of the exhibition park.
